Biography

Chris Branin is the CEO of the Branin Real Estate Team, an affiliate of RE/MAX Affiliates, and is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Chris brings diversified knowledge in real estate to his clients, with over 11 years of experience in buying, selling, renovating, and investing in residential properties. Chris has built his business on the simple, but important, philosophy that he treats clients like friends and friends like family. He is honored that referrals are the lifeline of his business. He will work diligently to protect his clients’ interests and goals and to achieve the best end result. 

Chris’s passion for real estate developed in 2013 when he purchased his first home in South Philadelphia. He studied real estate at Temple University and is a designated Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), which has advanced his skill set for buyer-clients. Chris has a strong background in renovating properties and preparing homes for sale, and also serves as the property manager for his clients and his personal investment properties.

Chris grew up in Hamilton, NJ and worked in the restaurant, bar, and nightclub industry for over 20 years utilizing his entrepreneurship skills. As a general manager for multiple businesses, he excelled in sales, marketing, leadership, and communication.
